1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "456bat" / "Platform" — The 456bat.cam website and all associated services, products, and applications.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account registered in the user's name.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback, or reward provided by 456bat.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Balance

The balance in your account may only be used for gaming purposes. Account balances are not transferable to third parties. 456bat does not pay interest on account balances.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 456bat may at any time verify your identity, address, or source of income. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

456bat operates four VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet becomes final and binding once it is confirmed in the system. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, 456bat will treat it as void and return the stake.

6.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. 456bat ensures that all games are conducted fairly and transparently.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or promotions. This limit will be stated on the relevant game or offer page.

6.4 Sports Betting

Additional rules may apply when betting on cricket, football, and other sports, and these are detailed on the relevant section pages. Betting on international tournaments such as the T20 World Cup, IPL, and BPL will be governed by the terms of the specific event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bat platform:

• Money laundering or operating an account using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain dishonest profit ("bonus abuse").
• Manipulating games through software or automated tools.
• Claiming offers or bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions through a third party's account.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform to harass or harm other users.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

456bat strives to maintain the highest possible uptime for the platform. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 456bat will not be held liable for such disruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

8.3 Data Loss
